Mini Spray Dryer is compact laboratory mini spray dryer with a maximum capacity 1500 to 2000 ml/h. It is a technique used into convert liquid or paste-like substances into dry, It offers 30 to 2000 ml/h speed of squirmy pump. The spray, drying and collecting device is made of transparent high-quality high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass. Designed with color large touch screen LCD display and unit made up of high-precision 316 stainless steel. The process involves atomizing a liquid feed into fine droplets, which are then rapidly dried by hot air in a drying chamber, the formation of dry particles that can be collected as powder. Equipped with nozzle cleaner (Through needle), when nozzle is blocked, it will be cleared automatically. Monitoring capabilities enable users to observe the drying process and optimize conditions. It is the ideal unit for research and development and sample preparation of many products.
