Liquid Particle Counter

Liquid Particle Counter is a compact and tabletop unit, adopted with light scattering analysis method and desktop offline sampling method. Designed as per ISO 21501 standard configurations, this unit comes with small capacity syringe sampling and different syringe specification. With 24 particle size channels and magnetic stirring, features 2 to 100 µm of particle size range with 1 to 500 ml of sample volume range and 0.2 ml of minimum sample volume. Equipped with 316 stainless steel/quartz glass/Teflon sensor material and 7-inch LCD touch screen display, offers magnetic stirring with adjustable speed and 10000 particles/ml of maximum detection concentration. Incorporated with automatic data storage, Built-in calibration curve and advanced software system, it also supports RS232 and USB interface with thermal printer, and have compliance with 21CFR-11 guidelines. use various principles to detect and measure particles in a liquid. Common methods include light obscuration, laser diffraction, and dynamic light scattering.
