Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Sterilizer is a low temperature PLC control system based autoclave with the sterilization capacity of 100 L. This fully automatic unit features 50°C sterilizing temperature, 50 Pa hydraulic pressure and 45 to 50 min sterilization time. It uses hydrogen peroxide solution as a sterilizing agent which does not leave any residue of toxic substances after sterilization. Unit comes with high grade durable 5052 Aluminum material and equipped with color LCD touch screen panel to monitor operation steps with running state and an alarm system to indicate low and high temperature.Hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilization utilizes a combination of low-temperature hydrogen peroxide vapor and gas plasma. The process involves exposing items to be sterilized to hydrogen peroxide vapor in a sealed chamber, creation of a plasma state to break down the hydrogen peroxide into reactive species. The duration of the sterilization cycle can vary depending on load being processed.
