Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is vertical (manual front door opening) cabinet and microprocessor controlled autoclave with the sterilization capacity of 120 L. This fully automatic unit features 50°C sterilizing temperature, -60 kPa hydraulic pressure and 0 to 99 hour adjustable sterilization time. Its inner sterilization chamber is made up of high grade durable 304 anti-corrosion type stainless steel material and outer box is made with the carbon steel backed plastic powder. It uses pure ethylene oxide gas as a sterilizing agent and equipped with digital LCD display panel to monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, sterilization time. Ethylene oxide is a gas that can penetrate various materials, making it an effective sterilization method for items that may be damaged by other sterilization methods like steam. Ethylene oxide sterilization is a low-temperature sterilization method. The gas is effective in killing microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, and spores, making it suitable for items that cannot withstand high-temperature sterilization methods.
