I am a London based life coach who loves working with real people who want to make a difference to their lives. I previously worked in the Investment Banking arena, but I was never really happy with my job. I realised about 5 years ago that I had a passion for talking to people. A close friend of mine was a coach and I was so inspired by the work that he did. I was fortunate enough to be able to sit in on some of his sessions and it was during that time that I began to realise that coaching was for me. I quit banking two years ago to realise my dream and I now help others to reach their full potential and fulfil their dreams.

My goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself that you can be, and in order to achieve that, I will push boundaries with you and force you to step outside of your comfort zone. In today’s modern fast paced world it’s very easy to become overwhelmed with all of the challenges that we face today. How many times have you been guilty of looking over the fence and wanting what everyone else has got but never truly being happy with yourself, or not understanding exactly what it is that you want?

My style of coaching is unique compared with that of a conventional coach. I am fun, straight talking and at times demanding. I enjoy working with people who are ready to make some serious changes in their life. I myself have had to work very hard to get to the happy place where I am today, and I haven’t achieved that by taking a soft approach or giving myself a pat on the back.

I love my job as it not only gives me the freedom to work with amazing individuals, but it also helps to further develop myself as a person. Don’t be fooled into thinking that a coach has every single aspect of their life sorted out. The difference is that I have built a solid framework that enables me to not let things ‘spiral out of control’, which allows me to make the most out of every single day :-)
