We are NAPSA UK, the only national association for the property sourcing sector. We wrote the Code of Practice for sourcing agents, accepted and followed by both property redress schemes. We provide support, guidance and accessing to training for all UK sourcing agents, deal packagers and deal finders; whilst also providing a safe search platform for investors to find and contact professional and compliant sourcing agents completely for free.

Our unique search platform is completely free for property investors to find and contact compliant and credible sourcers. Unlike other search platforms, we take no fee for any communication investors have with a NAPSA agent, or for any deals that are completed.

We provide 1:1 support for UK property sourcing agents to help get them operating compliantly to meet the national minimum standards required, whilst also providing a Professional Community for all members to interact with the potential of co-sourcing and helping each other.

NAPSA UK was founded by Tina Walsh, an expert in property sourcing and compliance with over 12 years' in the sector. Tina has direct communication with both government redress schemes, as well as National Trading Standards (NTSELAT) and HMRC's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Team.
