My name is Chris Cooper. I’m a Life Coach and Career Coach. I help people work out what they want from their life, career or business and support them to achieve the outcome they are looking for.

Ultimately, this is the best version of themselves, realising their potential and becoming the person they want to be.

My mission is to elevate self-improvement so striving to achieve your potential is normal for everyone. Lots of people hire personal trainers to get a better body, but they never invest in their personal development. I want more people to have the courage to open their minds to new opportunities, embrace change, make better choices and believe in their abilities.

My philosophy is that all aspects of life are important. Whether it’s your career, relationships, family, friends, health, fitness, education or interests. They all play a part in how you feel about life. We need to focus on all of these areas in order to be happy, which I called my business Life Complete. I looked at my own life and made big changes to create the life I want. My passion is to help other people do the same.

As a coach and business consultant, I have helped professionals in fields such as law, HR, finance, healthcare and the creative industries, in addition to small business owners, sports people and post grad students. Working together, I have helped my clients to gain a deeper understanding of themselves so they know what they want from life. By their side, I support them to achieve goals in order to get there.

I completed my formal training as a Personal Performance Coach and NLP Practitioner with The Coaching Academy in the UK, which is the world’s leading coach training provider. In addition, I’m a member of ANLP (the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I also have a degree in marketing from one of the UK’s leading business and management schools and a master’s in real estate development and investment.

I’ve made several major career changes and transitions to get to where my life is now. Along the way, I’ve learned a lot about myself. Being coached and becoming a coach has helped me to understand my values, the things that are really important to me. I now know want from life, so I created a lifestyle where I do the things I love everyday.

It’s not been an easy journey. But nothing truly worthwhile ever is easy. The important thing is to decide that you’re not willing to settle for second best, when you can be your best. Once you set a course to the place you want to get to, you’ll be amazed what you can achieve.

I live in Manchester in North West England with my two dogs and a huge record collection. I work online to coach clients from around the world to achieve their potential.
