For the past 12 months you have always delivered 4 milk on a Friday irrespective what number is registered on my bottle crate. But today you left only 2 milk instead of 4 bottles. So just to make it clear in future please adder to the following order unless a note is left indicating our milk requirements. Monday 2 Wednesday 2, Friday 4.
