Matthew was rude, unprofessional and completely inadequate at his job - he was not even able to identify a distribution board when it was in front of him. Not only was he unpleasant from the offset (did not even say hello on arrival, just waltzed into my property), he started rummaging through doors and cupboards without permission. He was contacted to complete an EIC and was too busy trying to identify other faults in the building to report to building control that he was unable to complete the task he was hired to do. This man is known for reporting everyone to Building Control, I'm not sure if it's an ego thing or just pure jealousy. AVOID working with or for him at all costs.
