Job Description:

We are looking for fully skilled tradesman with extensive experience within the loft conversion, extensions & house renovations sectors. The applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a home builder and must have tools and professional indemnity insurance to reflect the work that you will be carrying out. It is critical that you know how to manage client expectations thoughout a typical loft building project.

Functie-eisen Our ideal candidate would be:

• Polite with a positive attitude towards building customer relationships
• Have quality as their primary objective throughout all work that is carried out
• Must follow the deadlines
• Required to manage the expectations of the customer and report to the office regularly
• A full UK driving license is required on application
