The aim is thus to facilitate the process of moving towards a comfortable acceptance of yourself. Along the way you will learn more effective ways of expressing deep feelings around physical, spiritual and emotional needs. I have an integrative approach which draws on a variety of therapeutic models, including working with drawing, writing and dreams.
