With autumn coming, most of us will inevitably spend more time indoors. This article will highlight a few ideas to make spending time at home, alone or with loved ones, more enjoyable.

Dust off your board games 

Board games are a great and fun way to spend time with friends. With many options to choose from, you can take advantage of table games to bond with your friends playfully.

Get crafty

Get lost in a good book

Reading will never get old; nothing is quite the same as sinking onto the couch with an excellent book and a warm cup of coffee. 

You can make this a joint activity by reading the same book as a friend than sharing your thoughts on it. Another idea is to read different books and annotate them along the way, then switch them.

Journal away

Last but certainly not least, a fantastic idea to unwind is to dot your thoughts on paper. If you don't know where to start, you can write down three things you are grateful for in your day. Creating a habit like this will bring more mindfulness into your daily routine.
